Your 31 things are so disturbing. I shoot guns only on a shooting range and obey all their rules.

Unfortunately it’s all true. They treat gun owners as criminals even though we have all passed background checks to prove we are not criminals.

These 31 things are a LOWER OFFENSE than having over 7 rounds of ammunition in NY

NY Pistol Permit Opt Out Form

wolfxamongstxthexsheep:

Here you go fellow NY pistol permit holders. I know a lot of people who were listed by the journal news. Many of them being retired LEO’s. This is your chance to hide your info and prevent it from ever being published or leaked to the public.

asks:
Where can I purchase one of these MSR Remington Rifle?

They are not available to civilians. The MSR is military only. If you want something similar I suggest going with an Accuracy International. Amazing quality and great price.

wolfxamongstxthexsheep:

So went to the range today to break in the p226 and mosquito.
Starting in the center:  just getting used to the guns.(first ~100 rounds of each)
top left: 3 shots from the p226 at 40 yards
bottom left: 2 mags loaded to 6 on the mosquito rapid fire at 50 yards.
bottom center: 4 rounds from p226 at 50 yards
bottom right: 30 rounds from p226 at 50 yards. (all but one hit the target)
Random strays = draw and fire 2 (there are 3 .22’s in the 6, one in the 5, and two above the ring) 4 9mm in total (two in the 6 ring, one on the 6/7 line, and one all the way off at 9 o’clock
This was the only target I had on me today so that’s why there’s so much clutter on it. All I brought was the money for the range time not targets. I apparently left my targets on my bed while loading my range bag… oops.

Overall really happy with the mosquito. A lot of people say they have problems with them but I had no problems feeding it Remington golden bullets from the “Bucket-o-bullets”

asks:
what grips fit my 1977 38 special model 12-1

All grips for other k-frames should work on it. Don’t think there were any major changes on k-frame guns so you should be fine with whatever you get. Only thing you might need to worry about is that on the 12-1 it is about 2mm thinner than the standard k-frame so bolt on grips should work but wrap around ones might be an issue.

You misspelled “I don’t know a single thing about firearms but the people on TV said this so it made sense.”

See the second bullet to the right, OP? That’s what the AR-15 most commonly fires. The bullet’s diameter is less than a quarter of an inch. It is illegal to hunt with 5.56x45MM/.223 in some states because it is too small.
You see the second and third from the left? Those are rounds that are most commonly fired from bolt-action hunting rifles. They’re both at least a tenth of an inch larger than the 5.56x45MM/.223, and have considerably more powder behind them. The .300 Win-Mag shown here is commonly used for taking down elk, deer, and moose on a regular basis.
Your lack of knowledge on firearms makes you look stupid. Please educate yourself before talking further.

Ignore the inbreds, OP. The silly little apes don’t like it when you use logic against their desire to own multiple, unnecessary firearms.

Inbreds… Surely you’re having a laugh.

>presented with a logical counter-arguments>proceeds to call presenters of logical counter-arguments ‘inbreds’ instead of rebutting with facts and figures
Oh tumblr, never change.

Well at least it’s a variation on the old “call OP a fag” tactic… Sort of.

Only ‘Murica would outlaw a type of ammunition because it’s “too small”.Only ‘Murica would make the ownership of large and unnecessary firearms a right and healthcare a privilege.Only in ‘Murica would you use Assault Rifles for hunting Elk and the like.
Seriously; Why would you use an Assault Rifle to hunt? What in the seven circles of Hell are you looking for, Pterodactyls? Communists? (-/)-)

I think perhaps that you don’t actually know that much about firearms or ammunition. Perhaps if you asked nicely, thearmedgentleman would enlighten you a bit before you continue running your mouth and making yourself look dumb.

Heheheh Now who’s completely ignoring “facts” and the like? x)
The world hates you and your arrogance, America, you know that, right?

For one, I’m not American. For two, your complete unwillingness to listen to anything resembling a logical and calmly presented counterargument is more indicative of ignorance than anything else.

Seeing as how you’re presenting nothing in the way of a “logical and calmly presented counterargument”, I’d say that point is moot. I’m willing, you’re just not doing anything other than shooting anything I say down.
Seriously; Give me one damn good reason why any civilian should own an AR15?

For fun, for home defense, engineering project, because they fucking can. I’m not the expert on firearms here. thearmedgentleman is. I’d listen to him if I were you.

In addition to my other post, please explain to me why a civilian should not be able to own an AR-15? Contrary to popular belief, the AR-15 was originally designed as a lightweight civilian survival rifle, seeing it’s first military sales to Malaysia during the very late 1950s. The United States did not commonly accept the fully-automatic modification of the AR-15, which is now known as the M16/M16A1, until the mid 1960s.
So please, enlighten my as to why a civilian should not be able to own a civilian rifle.

^ Agreeing here.
Also to answer the why should we be allowed to own an AR question: My AR’s have MANY different uses. For example:
Deer hunting in .50 Beowulf
Coyote hunting in 5.56
Competition use in 5.56
Target shooting in 5.56
Plinking in .22LR
Squirrel hunting in .22LR
Rabbit hunting in .22LR
Bobcat hunting in 5.56
Bear hunting in .50 beowulf
Feral Swine hunting in .50 beowulf
Home defense(never needed it yet but in 5.56)
In the event the government becomes tyrannical and the people need to remove them from office and they refuse. (We have the right to do this. Go read the constitution.)
That is 12 of them off the top of my head. So please tell me where any of this means I shouldn’t own it? At this point I don’t even know how many AR’s I have built, worked on, or bought/sold. I know the gun like the back of my hand and I have assembled one from all parts in under an hour. I am a firearms enthusiast and I enjoy shooting as a sport. I have gone through rigorous background checks for my pistol permits. Civilian and Military “AR’s” are not the same either Military versions generally have barrels that would be shorter than what civilians would be allowed to have without having an NFA tax stamp.
